What was the highlight of Hamilton Court Hotel
Great holiday. Hope to be back again next year.
The apartments are in a great location and we have stayed there many times. Great reception staff. Didn't use the restaurant this year.
The lounge seating was not comfortable. Designed for sleeping but not for sitting comfortably.

What was the highlight of Hamilton Court Hotel
Comfortable family stay with decent facilities
Great location as it is minutes from the Santo Tomas beach (one of best on the island imo). Pool and facilities around the pool was great. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Restaurant (mainly burgers and pizza's or a set menu that changes regularly) and shop on site as well. Overall a comfortable stay with decent facilities.
Cleaning every few days wasn't of a great standard and our toilet had a bad smell. Wifi is poor and constantly requires you to login again. The ceiling fans aren't great and would benefit from airconditioning. I would recommend having a car as area doesn't have many restaurants and nearby supermarkets can be pricey on popular items.

Due to the location -we loved our stay
The apartment was within walking distance of 2 of our favourite beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful - excellent communication The shower worked well The balcony view the housekeeping
The apartment was looking old and tired The sofa bed smelt like it was rotting The kitchenette was poorly equipped with cooking utensils The bedroom was very dark due to having no mosquito screens, so we couldn't open the window

Excellent location, nice house, calm surroundings and friendly staff!
The location is fantastic! Good pool area and the apartment itself was good too! Friendly staff: Lucia from the reception and her coleague were so nice, they even send us a text message in portuguese, our language, with instructions to retrieve the keys because our flight arrived late and we missed the check in time. Thank you so much!!
Quality of towels and linnens could be a bit better and the cleaning a bit more thorough. All the rest was excellent!
